Hymn Variations

Here are some simple hymn variations for "All Hail the Power of Jesus Name." It begins by showing some basic voicing changes for standard hymn improvisation and then shows some different accompaniment patterns that might be used for the melody/chords in other styles. Please understand that some of the different patterns are only shown for example and are not really meant to go with this text such as the "Big Band" and "Floyd Cramer" styles. However, it is good to learn as many styles as possible so that your quiver will be full when you need different tricks to draw from. This is a PDF file and is free for personal use.
